User Data Deletion Instructions
At MAMM, we value your privacy and provide simple ways to manage or remove your data.
How to Delete Your Data
If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from the MAMM platform, you have two options:
Option 1: Via Account Settings (Automated)
- Sign in to your account at mamm.app.
- Go to Profile Settings.
- Scroll to the "Danger Zone" at the bottom of the page.
- Click Delete Account and confirm your choice.
This will immediately and permanently remove your profile, vehicles, trips, and maintenance logs.
Option 2: Contact Support (Manual)
If you cannot access your account or prefer manual deletion, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours and send a confirmation once your data is purged.
Facebook Data Deletion
If you used Facebook to sign in to MAMM and want to remove the app's access to your Facebook data, follow these steps:
- Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Look for Apps and Websites and you will see all of the apps and websites you've linked to your Facebook.
- Search and click on MAMM.
- Click Remove.
Please note that once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
