1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MAMM (Me And My Motorhome), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

MAMM is a motorhome management platform that allows users to:

Track and manage vehicle details and maintenance records.
Log trips and travel history.
Discover and review campsites.
Participate in a community of motorhome enthusiasts.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

By submitting content (including campsite reviews, photos, and trip logs), you grant MAMM a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.

5. Campsite Submissions

Campsite listings submitted by users are subject to admin review before publication. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion. Submitted information should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MAMM to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Transmit spam, viruses, or malicious code.
Scrape or harvest data from the platform without permission.
Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.

7. Limitation of Liability

MAMM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Campsite information is provided by users and may not always be accurate - always verify details before travel.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when changes are made.

9. AI-Generated Content

Parts of the content available on MAMM, including but not limited to blog posts, feature articles, campsite descriptions, help text, in-app notifications and email content, are produced or materially assisted by artificial intelligence (AI) systems. Where practicable such content will be labelled; however, the presence or absence of a label does not affect the terms set out in this section, which apply to all AI-generated and AI-assisted content on MAMM.

(a) No warranty of accuracy. AI-generated content is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant, represent or guarantee that any information contained in AI-generated content is accurate, complete, current, lawful or fit for any particular purpose. AI systems can and do produce plausible-sounding but incorrect information and can omit important context.

(b) Your responsibility to verify. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information contained in AI-generated content before acting on it or relying on it to make any decision. This is particularly important where the content concerns, without limitation:

vehicle specifications, weights, dimensions, load limits or handling;
MOT, road tax, insurance, driving licence or other regulatory requirements;
routes, road restrictions, low bridges, weight limits or emissions zones (including ULEZ, Clean Air Zones and Low Emission Zones);
overnight parking, wild camping, aires or land-access rights;
health, safety, first-aid or emergency information;
fees, prices, opening times or booking availability at campsites, aires or other venues;
foreign travel, border crossings, customs or documentation requirements;
maintenance, mechanical, electrical, gas or habitation-check procedures.

(c) Your responsibility to comply with the law. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, byelaws and codes of practice in every jurisdiction in which you use MAMM or operate your vehicle, including but not limited to the Road Traffic Act 1988, the Highway Code, the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000, the Scottish Outdoor Access Code, local authority byelaws, land-access permissions and any equivalent foreign legislation, regardless of anything that may be suggested, implied or omitted by AI-generated content.

(d) Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAMM excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost, fine, penalty or injury (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive) arising out of, or in connection with, your reliance on AI-generated content, including where such content proves to be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or unlawful. Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.

(e) Corrections. We reserve the right to correct, remove, edit or amend AI-generated content at any time and without notice. Correcting one item of content does not create any obligation to correct any other item, past or future. If you believe an item of AI-generated content is materially incorrect, please contact us using the details in section 10.
